Showing the tastes and the cooking process for McDonald’s
McDonalds burgers for Belgium; the “Generous Jack”, “Juicy Jane”. Director on this occasion was Patrick Vandebroeck. We produced “temporary sculptures” – using taste sensations and ingredients as a starting point. These forms exist only for a few moments and require the use of the “Phantom” high-speed camera. Once again, Katie Giovanni and colleague Udo Reichelt, (of “Lurpak” fame), did the beautiful food styling.
Salad mix; red onion, crispy onion, pico de gallo, fresh tomato cubes, white onion cubes
spices mix of red peppers, coriander, salt, pepper, lime juice

45% apollo, 25% Rucola, 19% Lolla Rossa, 11% Red chard
Shot at 500 fps, boiling jam shot cold. We can artificially introduce bubbles., (see second test video).
